These friendly terms govern your use of NetLayer and its apps. By using NetLayer, you agree to them.
1. The service
NetLayer provides a VPN / anti-censorship service that routes your internet traffic through our secure servers, including an option to reach Iranian (.ir) websites from abroad. Access is delivered as a subscription.
2. Your account
Plans are purchased and managed through our Telegram bot (@NetLayerBot). You are responsible for keeping your subscription link private — it is your key to the service. Don’t share it publicly or resell it unless you’ve arranged a reseller agreement with us.
3. Acceptable use
Please use NetLayer for lawful, personal access to a free and open internet. You agree not to use the service for spam, hacking others, distributing malware, child sexual abuse material, or any activity that harms the network or other people. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or threaten its stability (for example, traffic floods).
4. Plans, payment & refunds
Prices and plan details are shown in the bot at the time of purchase. Foreign plans are time-based and unlimited in data; Iran-access plans are data-capped and time-based. Because access is delivered digitally and immediately, refunds are handled case-by-case — contact us at support@netlayer.online if something isn’t working and we’ll make it right.
5. Iran-access & client settings
To open Iranian sites you must route all traffic through the tunnel (disable any “Iran/domestic bypass” in your client). Some destination websites geo-block or rate-limit independently of us; NetLayer provides the Iranian exit route but cannot guarantee any specific third-party site will accept the connection.
6. Availability & “as is”
We work hard to keep NetLayer fast and available, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. Networks and censorship conditions change; occasional interruptions can happen.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetLayer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.
8. Termination
You can stop using NetLayer at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or abuse of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
